These Terms govern your use of the NutriAI website, public APIs, online workspace, and mobile application. By using the applicable service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Website and API Services

NutriAI provides online tools and public APIs for recording calorie intake, calculating food composition from supplied ingredient data, and generating general dietary suggestions based on user-supplied intake, targets, and preferences. The calculation endpoint performs arithmetic on the values you provide; it does not verify food labels, look up ingredients in a food database, or identify food in photographs. Unknown optional nutrition values remain unknown in aggregate results.

The online workspace stores its diary and settings on your current device. It does not provide account synchronization, cloud backup, or guaranteed recovery of browser data. You are responsible for preserving records you need.

Guidance is rule-based general information, not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or automatic prescription of dietary targets. You choose your own targets and remain responsible for reviewing inputs, results, and food choices. Nutrition values and dietary needs vary. The service is not designed for emergencies or medical decision-making.

You may call the documented public endpoints and integrate their results into your software, subject to these Terms and the published technical limits. Only submit data you have the right to use, and do not submit identifying or confidential health information. Do not overload, disrupt, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Public availability does not include a contractual service-level agreement, dedicated capacity, or a commitment to preserve the current feature set indefinitely. Public access may be limited or suspended to protect the service.

Commercial scope, usage, support, and any additional commitments are agreed separately through Contact sales. Sending an inquiry does not create a service agreement. Any separate written service agreement controls in the event of a conflict for the services covered by that agreement.

The mobile application, AI photo estimates, app accounts, store purchases, and mobile account deletion described below are separate features. Visiting this website or calling its public APIs does not start an app-store subscription.

Eligibility

NutriAI is intended for adults age 18 and older. You must not use NutriAI if you are under 18 or do not meet a higher minimum age required for your use of the service under applicable law.

You must have reached the age of legal adulthood where you live and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Permission to use NutriAI does not replace any separate privacy consent required by applicable law.

App Purpose

NutriAI helps estimate nutrition information from food photos, meal logs, and related input. The app is provided for general informational and wellness purposes.

AI Nutrition Estimates

Nutrition results are generated using AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You are responsible for verifying nutrition information before relying on it, especially if you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical conditions, or specific health goals.

Accounts and User Content

You are responsible for the information, photos, and other content you submit to the app. You should only upload content that you have the right to use.

You keep ownership of your own content. By submitting content, you allow the app to process it as needed to provide app features.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or purchase. Payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing questions are handled by the app store or payment provider used for the purchase.

Subscriptions renew until canceled through the store that processed the purchase. Deleting your NutriAI account or uninstalling NutriAI does not cancel a subscription. You can manage a Google Play subscription at Google Play subscriptions.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your NutriAI account and associated app data from NutriAI > Me > Settings: select Delete account on Android or More > Delete account on iOS. You can also request deletion without access to the app through our Account Deletion page. Account deletion is irreversible. Limited records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or another legal obligation, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes;
• interfere with or disrupt the app;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the app or its content;
• upload content that violates someone else's rights or privacy.

Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services such as authentication, analytics, payment processing, cloud hosting, AI models, and nutrition databases. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Optional Health Connect integration is controlled by the permissions you grant through Android. NutriAI is a general wellness app, not a medical device, and Health Connect data is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, emergency use, or other high-risk use.

Availability

The app may change, stop, or become unavailable at any time. Features may be updated, removed, interrupted, or limited without notice.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." No guarantee is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, responsibility for damages, losses, or claims related to your use of the app is limited. You use the app and rely on its results at your own risk.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Modified" date. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
